Before you schedule an abortion, come to Pregnancy Center West to receive the following free services.

When should I take a pregnancy test?
We offer free lab-quality pregnancy tests at our Center that detect pregnancy up to a week before your missed period.
Why do I need an ultrasound?
Ultrasound reveals the location of the pregnancy, if there's fetal cardiac activity, and confirms how far along you are. It is Ohio law to get an ultrasound done before obtaining an abortion. We provide free ultrasound scans.
